Celebrity Cruises is relaxing Covid-19 protocols, making cruising accessible for unvaccinated guests as long as they meet local testing requirements to board. To further ease travel, Celebrity will now also accept any commercially available available test, including unsupervised self-tests in many destinations.
From Monday 5th September, fully vaccinated guests no longer need to test to board sailings from the US that are nine nights or less (excluding sailings that visit Canada and Bermuda).
For guests who are up to date with their boosters, there is no longer the need to test before boarding on sailings from Europe that are nine nights or less (unless the cruise is visiting Greece). Furthermore, children under 5 years of age, sailing from the U.S. will no longer need to test prior to boarding, and children under 12 years of age, sailing from Europe will no longer need to test before boarding.
Unvaccinated guests ages 5 and older will need to test 3 days prior to boarding U.S. sailings (excluding Canada and Bermuda); and ages 12 and older for select Europe sailings.
Cruise365 will send the up to date protocols to all of our booked guests approx 2 weeks prior to travel to make sure they know exactly what they need.
Now that Covid-19 protocols are beginning to be relaxed, it is the perfect time to book your next cruise!
