Disabled Facilities
Those with mobility issues are required to travel with an accompanying person or their own wheelchair. A limited number of wheelchairs is available on our ships for any emergencies. These are only approved for use on board the ship. All our ships have a number of dedicated and fully equipped cabins which are free of architectural barriers. They include priority boarding and disembarkation and a dedicated lift for emergencies.
Special Dietary Requirements
Guests have an opportunity to provide details of any special dietary requirements when booking, including hypoglycaemic diets for diabetics, gluten-free diets or other diets for particular allergies/intolerances.
A selection of dishes for coeliac disease sufferers is available on all our ships, regardless of their destination. These will be served in the main restaurant.
Complete gluten-free menus are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner (only if eaten in the main restaurant).Furthermore, coeliac disease sufferers will receive a welcome tray in their cabin at the start of their cruise and can request a packed lunch for excursions that do not include lunch on board.
Dress Code
During the cruise, you are free to dress as you wish: the atmosphere on board is informal and casual. Clothing must however be suited to the environment, season, destination or occasion, such as a gala dinner or an excursion. A jacket or shawl is always advisable.
Age Restrictions
Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. On selected seasonal departures, Guests 21 to 24 years old must have one person at least 25 years old in the same stateroom, who shall be responsible for the under age 25 year old Guest. Guests who are responsible for the supervision of under-age Guests shall ensure that they do not purchase, possess or consume alcoholic beverages or violate any other shipboard regulation. The minimum drinking age on-board is 21 years old for cruises departing from U.S. ports and 18 years old for cruises departing from non-U.S. ports. Guests under the age of 18 may not play in the on board casino or use any spa facilities and must be accompanied by a person over 18 on shore excursions. The Guest’s age on the date of sailing determines his or her status for the entire cruise.
